In this webinar Janice will discuss what designers and art directors are looking for when choosing an image to accompany a story – as well as critique a few submitted photos by your peers.
With a degree in Visual Communications from the Alberta College of Art and Design – including student exchange stops at Scotland’s Glasgow School of Art and the Falmouth College of Art in Cornwall, England – Janice is firmly planted in the world of advertising and design. Following a five-year stint as art director at AdFarm in Calgary, she’s now manager of creative development with the FCC in-house creative team and is raising her young daughters where she grew up: on the family’s Saskatchewan grain farm.
